Natalya Lvoff, MD, Radiologist and Medical Director of the Breast Health Center
Dr. Natalya Lvoff graduated from Northwestern University. After an internship at Virginia Mason Medical Center, Dr. Lvoff spent her residency training at UCSF Medical Center, with an emphasis on radiology. She also completed her fellowship at UCSF Medical Center, focusing on Breast Imaging. Dr. Lvoff is certified by the American Board of Radiology. Her goal is to provide quality, personalized care in a compassionate environment. Dr. Lvoff and the team at our Breast Health Center are committed to providing prompt, high quality services for the early detection, accurate diagnosis, and timely treatment of breast cancer using the most advanced techniques.


Leah Kelley, MD, Breast Surgical Oncologist and Medical Director of the Breast Program
Widely regarded as a leader in her field, Dr. Leah Kelley developed her lifelong passion for women’s health as a medical student at the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of California, San Francisco in OB/GYN, and was then awarded a fellowship in breast surgical oncology at the University of Southern California, where she studied under the world-renowned oncoplastic breast surgeon, Dr. Melvin Silverstein.Dr. Kelley combines state-of-the art breast surgical care with a holistic approach, bringing the best of women’s health care to every patient. Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, she is well versed in all relevant surgical procedures, including comprehensive breast surgery, Mohs microsurgery, tissue transfer, gynecologic cancer screening, and traditional and laparoscopic hysterectomies. Dr. Kelley serves as the Medical Director for the Breast Program at Marin General Hospital. She was named a Top Doctor by Marin Magazine on multiple occasions, and received the Zero Breast Cancer’s 2015 Healing Professional Award.


Maria Dalmacio, MSN, FNP-BC, Breast Health Nurse Specialist
Maria has more than three decades of nursing experience and a commitment to serve the women of Marin. Maria obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco, a commission as an officer of the United States Air Force Nurse Corps from San Francisco State University, and a Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner from California State University in Dominguez Hills. She is also a Certified Navigator – Breast Provider through the National Consortium of Breast Centers. Drawing on her extensive experience, Maria has been instrumental in the development and implementation of our High Risk Breast Program. She has also served as an executive board member for Michelle’s Place, a non-profit organization that provides resources to women and families affected by breast cancer.


Nicole Loiacono, RN, BSN, Breast Health Nurse Specialist
Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a Public Health Certificate from the University of San Francisco and brings nearly two decades of experience to the team. After working in San Francisco for many years, Nicole wanted to work within the community where she grew up. She joined the Breast Health Team in 2013 to care for patients with breast cancer and educate women about the importance of breast health and screening.


Alison Gause, MPH, CN-BA, Patient Navigator
Alison has over 10 years of experience working as an Patient Navigator in a variety of health care settings. She joined Marin General Hospital in 2012 where she focuses on facilitating a seamless and supportive experience for individuals undergoing breast cancer treatment. She received her master’s in public health from University of Massachusetts- Amherst with a focus in community health education and breast cancer survivorship. She is a certified Breast Patient Navigator through National Consortium of Breast Centers’ (NCBC). Alison has extensive experience developing health programs to improve the quality and delivery of patient care. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga and actively volunteers for a number of non-profit organizations in the community.
